Q. What is the postage and shipping cost?

A: We provide free shipping on all orders and do not charge you for the postage or shipping.

Q: Where do you ship orders from?

A: All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Singapore. The delivery time would range from 2-5 days.

Q. Are your prices in Singapore dollars?

A: Yes, all the product prices on SingaporePetCare are in Singapore dollars.

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: Our standard delivery time is between 2-5 days from the day your order is shipped. More than 90% of our orders are delivered within two days. Sometimes, due to unavoidable circumstances, the delivery of the order may take more than five days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

Q. What happens if I don’t receive a shipping notification email?

A: If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email within 24-48 hours of placing the order, kindly check the spam folder of your email. If you cannot find the shipping notification email, please contact us immediately.

Q. What should I do if I don’t receive the order I have placed?

A: If you don't receive your order within 7 days after being shipped, please call us at +65 6848 0745 (Mon to Fri 9 AM to 4 PM SGT) or email us at customercare@SingaporePetCare.com.sg.

During certain periods of the year such as New Year or the holiday season, order delivery may be delayed due to an increase in the volume of mail. We request you to place your order well before you need them.

Q. Is shopping with SingaporePetCare safe?

A: Buying online from SingaporePetCare is completely safe and secure. We use the latest 256-bit encryption (also known as SSL) technology to make sure that all your information is secured. We never disclose any of your information to anyone without your permission.

Q. How can I make changes to the order I have placed?

A: If you wish to make changes to the order you have placed, please call us at +65 6848 0745 (Mon to Fri 9 AM to 4 PM SGT) or email us at customercare@SingaporePetCare.com.sg.

Kindly note that all orders are shipped within 24 hours you place them, please contact us immediately to amend your order.

Q. How do I use a coupon code?

A: If you have a valid coupon code, you will need to enter the coupon code in the coupon code box in your shopping cart while ordering and click on the 'Apply' button. If the code is valid, you should be able to see the applied discount on the total amount. Then, you can proceed to checkout.

Q. I have trouble accessing my shopping cart, what should I do?

A: This could be due to a problem with the cookies setting on your device. They may have expired or may not have been set appropriately, causing you to be booted out or due to internet problems.

We recommend that you try again. If you are still having the same problem, please call us at +65 6848 0745 (Mon to Fri 9 AM to 4 PM SGT) and place your order over the phone.

Q. What should I do if I’m not happy with my order?

A: If you are not happy with your order after receiving it, please call us at +65 6848 0745 (Mon to Fri 9 AM to 4 PM SGT) or email us at customercare@SingaporePetCare.com.sg to arrange for a return and refund.

We request you not to ship orders back or post them as "Return to Sender" unless you have talked to one of our representatives.

Q. How do I return my order?

A: If you wish to return the order, please contact us to authorize your return. We will advise you further on the returns procedure.

Q. Are all returns accepted and refunded automatically?

A: We accept all authorized returns and process refunds for the same. For any reason, if you are not happy with the order, please send us an email as soon as you receive the order. We will authorize the return and will help you with the procedure. If you return the order without authorization, then we will not process your refund.

We request you to ensure that you return the product unopened in the original packaging. We don't accept returns of the product sold under "clearance stocks".

Q. Do you sell genuine products?

A: We only sell genuine products produced by the same manufacturer that produces the equivalent product for your country. We never compromise on quality and we only buy from authorized dealers.

Q. My card kept declining, but my card is not overdrawn. What should I do?

A: Some card companies don't permit international transactions without approval in advance. If your card is declined, we request you try contacting your bank/card company and ask them to make sure transactions with SingaporePetCare are not blocked.

Q. Occasionally, the images on the website are different from the products I have received, why?

A: Product images shown on our website are for illustration purposes only. Sometimes, the actual product may have a different image due to product enhancement or supplier change. Some products may also have an associated image for reference and understanding purposes only.
