Browse SingaporePetCare and add products to your shopping cart by clicking on the 'Buy Now' button (modify the product quantity before you press 'Buy Now' if required). This way, you will be able to add products to your shopping cart.

Click on 'Keep Shopping' to continue to browse products and add more products to your shopping cart.

When you are done adding products to your cart, enter the coupon code (if you have one) in the coupon box, and click on the 'APPLY' button.

Once done with product selection and coupon code, click on the 'Checkout' button.

Then, you will then be directed to the 'Register' or 'Login' page. If you are an existing customer, enter your registered email address and password for our website and you will be taken to a secure page where you will need to add your information. Confirm your shipping address, enter your payment information (card numbers, expiration date, etc) and submit your order.

If you are a new customer to our website, then you will be directed to the page where you will need to create an account by providing your details (name, address, pet details, etc). You will need to set up a password to log in to your account on our website, so you can use our 'Login' feature for future orders and save time while ordering.

You will need to provide the payment details at the end of your registration. Please enter your card details in this section and click on 'Place Order'.

If the order is placed, you shall then receive a notification informing you that your payment has been successful and will show your Order number and your customer ID number.

Once the order is placed successfully, you will receive the order confirmation email to your registered email address.
