All orders are processed and shipped from our facility within 24 hours from the time they are placed on our website. Orders placed during weekends or on public holidays are processed and shipped on the next business day.
Rarely, order processing may take longer because of long weekends, stock availability, or an emergency of some sort. An email notification will be sent to you as soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse.
Our standard shipping time is between 2-5 days from the day the order is shipped. More than 90% of our orders are delivered within 2 business days. Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, the delivery of the order may take longer than five days. In such situations, we will notify you via email.
SingaporePetCare offers free shipping on all orders. You will only pay for the products, not for the shipping.
Currently, we do not provide expedited delivery. We recommend buyers place the order no less than five days before they need to ensure delivery of the product when required.
SingaporePetCare provides a 100% delivery guarantee. If your order is not delivered within 7 days after being shipped, we'll consider it as lost. In such cases, we'll either refund the order value or ship the order again at no additional cost.
Please bear in mind that the delivery of orders may get delayed during certain times of the year due to extreme weather conditions or the holiday season.
In the case of a wrong or incomplete mailing address, no refund or reshipment will be provided. In addition, if our shipping partner provides proof of delivery, we'll not issue a refund or reship.
In the case of delayed or lost order, we provide refund or reshipment. Customers are requested to return the original shipment in such cases if and when it arrives. If the customer wishes to keep the original shipment too along with the refund/reshipment, we'll bill them for the same.
At SingaporePetCare, customer satisfaction is our primary goal. We stand behind the quality and the authenticity of the products we offer to our buyers. We carefully check every order before it leaves our warehouse. However, if you are unsure whether to keep the product you've received or return it, get in touch with us and we can work together to make your purchase a positive experience.
We have an uncomplicated return policy. For any reason, if you wish to return the order, send us an email at customercare@SingaporePetCare.com.sg within five days of receiving your order and we'll help you with the return procedure.
Kindly note that we only accept returns for unopened products.
We request you to share the return tracking number as soon as you return the order. The refund shall be processed soon after you share the information confirming the return.
The refund, once processed, shall show up to the same mode of payment within 3-5 business days from the day it is processed.
